Ordering&Mailing Info
1. Purchase Process Flow
a) Add desired items into shopping cart by clicking on the "BUY" button.
b) Click on "CHECK OUT" at the top right hand corner of the page once you have added all desired items into shopping cart.
c) Key in all personal information on the page.
d) Select postage type and payment method
e) Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you with invoice and payment details (please check your junk mail folder too).
f) If you've chosen payment method by Bank Transfer, please kindly make payment within the next 24 hours.
g) Once we've received the payment, Tenpawssg will acknowledge the confirm purchase, and item will be mailed within 24 hours. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your parcel has been mailed out.
2. Local Delivery information
Your items will be mailed within 24hours once we have received your payment. You may opt for either Normal postage (Singpost), Registered postage (Singpost) or Smartpac (Singpost) when checking out.
a) Normal Mail
Normal Mail (Singpost) postage ranges between $0.90 to $3.35 (Singpost's revised rates effective 1st October 2014) depending on the weight of your parcel. More information on shipping charges are available on Singpost's website. Normal Mail charges will be automatically calculated and included in your final invoice based on your parcel's weight.
Please allow 2 to 7 working days for your parcel to reach you via normal mail.
Please note that the maximum weight limit for Singpost's normal mailing is 2kg. Hence, for orders exceeding 2kg in weight, please select Smartpac instead.
As tracking is not available for normal mail, Tenpawssg will not be held liable for lost or damaged parcels mailed out via normal mail.
b) Registered mail
Registered mail (singpost) postage ranges from $3.14 to $5.59 (Singpost's revised rates effective 1st October 2014) depending on the weight of your parcel. More information on shipping charges are available on Singpost's website. Registered Mail charges will be automatically calculated and included in your final invoice based on your parcel's weight.
Please allow 2 to 7 working days for your parcel to reach you via normal mail.
Please note that the maximum weight limit for Singpost's registered mailing is 2kg. Hence, for orders exceeding 2kg in weight, please select Smartpac instead.
Kindly allow 2 working days for your tracking number to be sent to you once your parcel has been dispatched to Singpost for mailing.
c) Smartpac by Singpost
At a flat rate of $4.70, Singpost commits to delivery of all smartpac parcels (anything under3kg) within 2 to 3 working day from the date of posting. Smartpac parcels comes with a tracking number for easy location of your parcel and is delivered to your door step. In case of failed door step delivery, Singpost will attempt to deliver your Smartpac to your letter box and the same will be returned to your neighbourhood post office should mail box delivery attempt fails.

3. International Shipping Information
We ship international parcels via Registered Air Mail option. All parcels will be provided with a unique tracking number so parcel statuses could be tracked online via www.singpost.com
International shipping charges varies accordingly to your country of origin, the estimated shipping charges could be calculated after items are added to cart, at the check out page. All international parcels will take approximately 7 to 14 working days to deliver. Any excess/balance amount from the international shipping fees will be refunded back to your paypal account.
Important note:
1. Please note that all items are non-exchangable and non-refundable due to hygiene purposes and prevention of furballs skin diseases/ticks/flea passing.
2. All clothes measurements may vary about 2cm to 3cm due to different ways of measurement. In addition, our clothes are attained from different suppliers, sizing might hence differ slightly.
3. All items' mode of delivery = normal mail or registered mail, charges applies.
Once we've received the payment, Tenpawssg acknowledge the confirm purchase, and item will be mailed within 24 hours.
Tenpawssg will ensure all products are mailed from our end in perfect condition and will ensure fragile items are packed safely including bubble wrapping. We will not be liable for damage of products during mail transit.
