1. How does Tenpawssg handle Personal Data?

At Tenpawssg, we are obliged to handle your personal data with care to comply by the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). We do not disclose any personal data to other merchants unless required by the law.

2. I have received a defective/faulty product!

Tenpawssg has been working hard to provide better quality assurance by checking all items before mailing them out to our customers. We apologize if you have received any defective or faulty products! If you have received a faulty or defective product, please send us an email at tenpawssg@gmail.com with as much details of the defect as possible. We will revert to you within 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that we will exchange defective items with the exact same piece and size (no change to sizes allowed) unless the item purchased is OOS.

We will reimburse normal postage for the defective item sent to you and please note that there will not be any cash refunds unless the item that you have purchased is OOS.

3. I have purchased the wrong sizes, can I do an exchange?

Tenpawssg follows a strict no-exchanges and no-refunds policy unless the item received is defective/faulty. This does not apply for items that are damaged in transit by Singpost or Ta-Q-Bin. No exchanges and no refund policy is established in particular concern with hygiene purposes and prevention of furballs skin diseases/ticks/flea passing.

4. I have a discount code, how do I enter it upon checking out?

Upon completing your purchase, click on check out (Top right hand corner of our web-store) to proceed to payment page. Enter the information need for instance, your email address, name, mailing address and mobile number then click on next to proceed. You will then proceed to the mailing option page, and you will also be able to enter the discount code (Under discount portion) at this point (as shown in below picture).

 

5. Do you do restocks?

At tenpawssg, we try to bring in new designs with every launch. Restocks will only be done if there is a large demand for the particular item.
Please select the "Notify me when available" option to be notified when the item is back in stock.
